Expectations of a member
1. Active and Informed
Not extremely emphasized, I just expect members to be online once every 3-4 days. Reason being I need you to be updated of the happenings in the guild and take note of any surprise guild events along the way. Some events do not even require you to play GetAmped to participate.
2. Well-received
Sometimes you may be swimming against the current, and your only way out is to offend quite a number of people. My suggestion is that you try another way. We do not want enemies, be it weak or strong, individual or guild.
3. Unwavering loyalty
I take this for granted from members. Once you join, you should not leave. (I won't use the word "must" here, it's still your choice after all.) If you leave, that's it. No more second entry into the guild.
4. No taunting
If having a good attitude means purely no soring and vulgarities, then there is essentially no point in maintaining what's defined as "good attitude" anymore. We want a perfect attitude, one which truly knows the pointlessness in arguing after losing in a game, not one which angers another and stepping on the line of the rules.
5. Establishment of negative relations with others is not allowed
Be it one person, or an entire guild, I will not tolerate anyone who uses the guild name to threaten people. Do not do stupid things in the pure name of LavaDeceptionX, you will only be dismissed and have all the mess you created to yourself.
6. Guild skin is privileged
Any requests will be disregarded by me. If you continue to ask you will be promptly expelled. Personally I have a schedule to follow, and I will not waste my time on people who joins the guild solely for the skin. If you truly want to do LavaDeceptionX proud then I suggest you maintain a good attitude and haul in reputation for us.

Recently in the asiasoft forums , the number of threads about LDX members soring , taunting and even vulgaring in public has increased.
One of LavaDeceptionX guild rules is to maintain perfect attitude at all times. Though you may see other people of Getamped , soring at you and taunting you. Remember.You are in LavaDeceptionX. Not some other guild that has no rules and allow their members to sore as they wish.
Vulgaring , soring and taunting is not acceptable. Found guilty so will be either demoted or expelled.Think about it. Your hardearned points in LDX , just because you couldnt control yourself. You sored. Got expelled.Regretted.Tried to join back.Failed.Began to taunt LDX members for revenge. A few members of LDX have taunted LDX as well as going far enough to flame us in the forums. I urge not to be too associated with people that are not LavaDeceptionX as you may or may not accidently vulgar in their presence , get flamed in forums. Get expelled and the whole cycle starts again.
Guild Battle
I have seen a steep increase of LavaDeceptionX members guild battling. That is a good thing.
However much we Guild Battle , it is useless if we lose in almost every match. Therefore I propose a Guild Battle Team. This team will represent LDX in every battle , hauling in reputation for the guild as well as for themselves.
Communication in guild battles is one of the most important factor needed to win any battle.
I am sure you may have seen guilds that scold each other when they lose or tking by accident.
LavaDeceptionX however will not do this. We will win with pride as well as lose with pride.
Respecting differences is a meeting of mature minds. -Anon.
Some members in LDX may not be equally good as you or may pull you down in guild battles.
However , remember you were once a noob.
I dont wish to see members of LDX scolding each other just because they lost or blaming each other for the lost. Giving excuses and blaming each other in LDX is not our type.

Encourage your own guildmates not to give up even if they lose or feel that they are not as good as you. Train them , help them in whatever way you can. Be patient with people that cant comprehend things as well as you do. For remember you were once like that.
Guild Battle Team
This team is structured for the Elites Of LavaDeceptionX and is responsible for bringing glory to LavaDeceptionX.

Guild Ranking.
We aim to be the Top 20 Guild by the end of this holiday season. Currently we are short of a few million points to be Top 20. I know there are 40 over active members in LDX however some of you are not training enough.
Members of LavaDeceptionX I give you a target. 150k per week and I promise you will see the fruits of your labour when we reach Rank 20.
