Expectations of a member
1. Active and Informed
Not extremely emphasized, I just expect members to be online once every 3-4 days. Reason being I need you to be updated of the happenings in the guild and take note of any surprise guild events along the way. Some events do not even require you to play GetAmped to participate.
2. Well-received
Sometimes you may be swimming against the current, and your only way out is to offend quite a number of people. My suggestion is that you try another way. We do not want enemies, be it weak or strong, individual or guild.
3. Unwavering loyalty
I take this for granted from members. Once you join, you should not leave. (I won't use the word "must" here, it's still your choice after all.) If you leave, that's it. No more second entry into the guild.
4. No taunting
If having a good attitude means purely no soring and vulgarities, then there is essentially no point in maintaining what's defined as "good attitude" anymore. We want a perfect attitude, one which truly knows the pointlessness in arguing after losing in a game, not one which angers another and stepping on the line of the rules.
5. Establishment of negative relations with others is not allowed
Be it one person, or an entire guild, I will not tolerate anyone who uses the guild name to threaten people. Do not do stupid things in the pure name of LavaDeceptionX, you will only be dismissed and have all the mess you created to yourself.
6. Guild skin is privileged
Any requests will be disregarded by me. If you continue to ask you will be promptly expelled. Personally I have a schedule to follow, and I will not waste my time on people who joins the guild solely for the skin. If you truly want to do LavaDeceptionX proud then I suggest you maintain a good attitude and haul in reputation for us.

Okay, it's no secret that LDX is semi-dead. Wayne's off to attend to his O Levels next year
(Edit by Wayne: I don't have 'O' levels), I won't be spared either. But tell you guys what. There's a method of studying which I used to employ before my 3 years of academic slump after the PSLE which allows me to relax for almost every exam, giving me plenty of time to unwind and entertain myself, by studying everything in advance and occasionally looking through my stuff. I've been using my sub-accounts most of the time, but this will change from next week onwards.
I've been approached for advice from some people (confidentiality beckons) on whether to quit or not. But before you make any rash decisions over the half truths about the majority of us being inactive and no one being there at the wheel of the ship that is LDX, hear me out.
Consider the following:
If you don't leave, I'm very sure Wayne'll be immensely grateful. In the unlikely event of him not being so, I'll put in a word.
These kind of situations are a litmus test, as to whether a guild is truly united or plainly a bunch of haphazardly mashed sand.
Not to gloat and brag or anything, but no guild as of now has the ability to present itself and truly be an organised and efficient conglomerate as we do.
Not many have the foresight and vision, nor the linguistic proficiency.
I leave you with this rhetorical question.
Do you want to be the one who stayed on, pushed on and fought valiantly while being confronted with uncertainty and shrouded in a smog of adversity, who showed unquestionable loyalty to what his guild believed in and fought for, who carried the torch of his guild's purpose when his comrades were off course and distracted by other pressing matters?
Or do you want to be just another member who chose to flee and desert us, who revelled in the good and fun while lacking the will to stare difficulty in the face and overcome it, fearing that his guild was done for, choosing to find another leader and ditching Majesty and the rest of LDX exactly at the time we needed you most?
Choose wisely.
It is in these trying moments where we see who you truly are.
No one will be spared and pardoned from crises like this.
Evasion is no solution; it is merely the utter refusal to face the problem upfront and dispatch of it.
As a guildmate, I strongly wish for you to stay on and fight alongside us.
As someone who's rendering advice, I sincerely ask you to follow your heart, for no one can disrupt your thoughts and alter your ultimate decision.
It's your call.
