1. A new guild born on 18th May 2009.
Yes, we are just a new guild, no different from the rest. However, ours members all hail from LavaDeception, a guild established for over a year.
2. No rank discrimination.
Most guilds will instantly give their high ranked members the administrator position, because they are worried he/she will be expelled, or leave because he is inferior in rank to other people. However, in LavaDeceptionX, all our members understand that there is no such thing, you want this rank, you earn it.
3. Fully utilised ranking system.
Be it you're a normal member, general, or even an administrator, you will be regarded according to that rank. That means, a general has contributed more to the guild as compared to a normal member, and hence should be more respected and valued.
4. Relatively small guild size.
At the moment, we only have 50 active members in the guild, and the maximum we are going is 60. We strongly believe that the guild will have to compromise the quality of our members if we were to allow 80 members into the guild.
5. A very close community.
Of course, the advantages of being a guild with a relatively small guild size hauls in benefits like having an extremely close community whereby everyone helps each other and watches over each other. The beauty of such bonds and kinship can only be experienced in an elite guild where members have perfect attitude and topped with an amicable character.
6. Equipped with unparalleled skills.
Definitely there are experts out there who can win us, but what we are implying is that on the average, our guild is a lot more skilled than the general public, largely due to our eagerness to learn, and even if a few losses are suffered, we understand the need to improve and being winners in the long run.
Expectations of a member 1. Active and Informed
Not extremely emphasized, I just expect members to be online once every 3-4 days. Reason being I need you to be updated of the happenings in the guild and take note of any surprise guild events along the way. Some events do not even require you to play GetAmped to participate.
2. Well-received
Sometimes you may be swimming against the current, and your only way out is to offend quite a number of people. My suggestion is that you try another way. We do not want enemies, be it weak or strong, individual or guild.
3. Unwavering loyalty
I take this for granted from members. Once you join, you should not leave. (I won't use the word "must" here, it's still your choice after all.) If you leave, that's it. No more second entry into the guild.
4. No taunting
If having a good attitude means purely no soring and vulgarities, then there is essentially no point in maintaining what's defined as "good attitude" anymore. We want a perfect attitude, one which truly knows the pointlessness in arguing after losing in a game, not one which angers another and stepping on the line of the rules.
5. Establishment of negative relations with others is not allowed
Be it one person, or an entire guild, I will not tolerate anyone who uses the guild name to threaten people. Do not do stupid things in the pure name of LavaDeceptionX, you will only be dismissed and have all the mess you created to yourself.
6. Guild skin is privileged
Any requests will be disregarded by me. If you continue to ask you will be promptly expelled. Personally I have a schedule to follow, and I will not waste my time on people who joins the guild solely for the skin. If you truly want to do LavaDeceptionX proud then I suggest you maintain a good attitude and haul in reputation for us.

It seems that everybody is extremely concerned about the guild outing, and hence I have confirmed the details already.
We will be visiting the Snow City, Science Centre and the Omni-Theatre.
Science Centre + Snow City will be $14.00 for each of us, but since you guys are taking the effort to come down for the guild outing, I'm subsidising it to $10 per person. However, you have to rent your own stuffs like lockers and gloves.
Omni-Theatre will cost another $10 for 40 minutes, and the Morphis miniride will cost $4. Since I'm so kind again, I will be subsidising it to $10 per person.
Full details are given below:
- Bring at least $25 for entertainment and food
- Wear long pants and covered shoes, or else no fun in snow city.
- Meet at Jurong East MRT station on 1st December 2009, Tuesday, at 10am, or Causeway Point at 9am.
We will communicate by phone. LDX outing tournament will be held after the outing, only those who went for the outing can register.

Please indicate if you have any allergy, weakness to seizures, sensitive to certain jokes or anything serious enough to affect you negatively in the outing.
This is the miniride we will be riding. It's gonna be a hell lot of fun, so anticipate!
